Miaomin Wang

Miaomin Wang received his MSc in Civil Engineering from Chongqing
Jiaotong University in 2017. During his degree, he focused on the
construction monitoring of concrete-filled steel tube arch bridges.
In September 2017, Miaomin started his PhD at the Dalian University of
Technology. His research is on study and application of computer vision-
based system for bridge displacement monitoring. In 2021, Miaomin
collaborated with Dr. Ki-Young Koo who works at University of Exeter to
develop a low-cost and portable vision-based real-time structural
displacement system using Raspberry Pi.
